Welcome to Friendship School

  • Friendship School was founded in 1998 to meet the educational needs of children with dyslexia and language-based learning differences in grades 1 through 8.  Friendship School students come from Carroll, Howard, Frederick, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Prince George's and Montgomery counties.

    Today, average- to above-average students attend Friendship for proven, innovative, multi-sensory instruction based on the Orton-Gillingham approach. The school provides daily one-to-one tutoring and a comprehensive curriculum covering all core academic subjects as well as art, physical education and computer literacy.
